This page explains what happens to the information you send us through volttouchusa.com. It is short because we collect very little: we are an electrical and handyman business, not an advertising company.

Who we are

VoltTouch LLC, an electrical and general handyman contractor based in Nashville, Tennessee, serving Nashville and the surrounding Middle Tennessee area. We operate the website volttouchusa.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the estimate form on our site:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you give one
• Your city or ZIP code, if you give one
• The service you selected and anything you wrote about the job
• Any photos you choose to attach — we ask for photos of the work, not of people

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, or any government ID number. Please do not send those through the form.

What we do not do

• We do not use cookies to track you, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
• We do not add you to a marketing list or send newsletters.
• We do not build a profile of you or share your details with other contractors.

How we use what you send

We use it to answer you: to call or email you back, give you an estimate, schedule the work, and keep a record of the job. That is all. If you never hire us, the message simply stays in our email.

Who else sees it

Two companies are involved in getting your message to us:

• Netlify — the company that hosts this website. When you press send, your message and any photos go to Netlify, which stores the submission for us and emails it on. They handle it to deliver it; they are not given your details for their own marketing.
• Our email provider — your message then sits in the VoltTouch inbox, the same as any email you would send us directly.

We may also share information where the law requires it, or with a professional we bring onto your job (for example a licensed subcontractor), and only what that person needs to do the work.

Photos you send

Photos are optional. We use them only to understand the job and price it, and they stay with your estimate request. Please do not include anything in the frame you would not want us to see — documents, screens, or other people.

Fonts and hosting

This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Like any file a browser fetches from another server, that request tells Google your IP address and browser. We receive nothing from it, and it is not used to identify you by us. Our web host also keeps standard server logs of visits, as web hosts do.

Phone calls and texts

If you call or text 615 266 6761, we keep your number so we can call you back about your job. We do not send marketing texts.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests and job records stay in our email and business records for as long as we may need them for the work, warranty questions, and tax and accounting purposes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where we are required to keep a record.

Your choices

Write to info@volttouchusa.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need a legal reason to ask.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this page

If we start using anything new that touches your data — website analytics, online advertising, or online booking — we will update this page and change the date at the top before it goes live.
